the musings of one particular life
Oh my! Unbelievably adorable! You have yourselves an Angel for Christmas this year! Truly get so excited when I see you post someting new! Hoping our family will be following in your footsteps soon +)
beautiful. So beautiful.
Hi Alissa--Your baby is so beautiful and I am so happy for you. I was at the WACAP training with you last December (only Single Gal there). I'm still waiting, but things do seem grim for singles right now. I'm considering adopting an older child from the US right now. I really enjoy reading your blog. Thank you for sharing this journey with all of us.
♥ ♥ Love this picture!!! ♥ ♥
What a gorgeous photo. I bet that's going to be your Christmas card this year. :)
We also were at several WACAP classes with you all and have said prayers of thanksgiving for Alissa and Andrew and prayers for us all to fulfill our journeys. The wait continues for the rest of us, and when we see God's work in your daughter and your lives, we are renewed in spirit. Are any of you all going to be at the Kwanza celebrations at WACAP?
Hi Anonymous folks! :)Single gal I remember you...prayers for your journey, I know it's just getting tougher for singles. That sucks. I think we are going to the WACAP holiday potluck, yes!
Great! We're hoping to get time away from work to make the celebration also. Not sure if you remember us, but we are one of the few inter-racial couples at the classes, adoptive mom to be caucasian, adoptive dad to be Asian. Anyways, I never had a chance to tell you but I was so excited when you inquired about adoptive nursing.....then we all just got the email from Marla re: adptive nursing. Wondering your thoughts on that now, and if you are still interested in that? I am in contact with Sara, the contact person in Marla's emails and I'm really looking forward to chatting with her more.
Hi, nice to meet you! Baby girl is gorgeous, what an amazing holiday gift for you all. So glad you will be interviewing me via interview experiment, it is lovely to have found your blog.
totally, completely, and utterly adorable!
What a gorgeous little girl! So sad that I won't get to see you on my next trip north. =/
Jubilee is TOO CUTE! I'm glad you have your Christmas angel this year.
